Sample data

The problem

Automations don't announce when they break.

They go quiet. Leads stop arriving, syncs stop updating, invoices stop going out — all while the platform still shows the workflow as switched on.

Automations fail silently

A step errors, a token expires, a filter stops matching. The workflow just stops running, and nothing in your inbox says so.

You find out too late

Most businesses only notice when a customer asks where their reply is, or an order sits unprocessed overnight.

Agencies can't watch every client

Twenty workflows across two platforms, and no single place that answers the question: did every client's automation run today?

How it works

Three steps, one extra node per workflow.

A monitor is simply an expectation: this workflow should send a signal every hour. When the signal stops arriving, you hear about it.

  1. 01

    Create a monitor

Name the workflow, choose the platform it runs on, and say how often it should report in — hourly, daily or weekly.

  2. 02

    Add a webhook step

You get a private ping URL. Add it as the last step of the automation, after everything that matters has succeeded.

  3. 03

    Get alerted when pings stop

If the expected signal doesn't arrive within the interval plus a grace period, an alert email lands in your inbox.

Ping URL

Planned setup, shown as an example. The URL carries a random token, so a monitor can be rotated or revoked at any time.

Platforms

Built around the tools you already run.

Nothing to migrate and nothing to re-platform. Beatline only needs a signal at the end of each run.

Zapier

Add a Webhooks step as the final action of the Zap — no code, one field for the URL.

Make

Use an HTTP module at the end of the scenario, after every module that has to succeed.

n8n

Drop an HTTP Request node at the end of the workflow, on the success branch.

Compatibility targets for launch — these are not live integrations yet, and only text names are used. Beatline isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Zapier, Make, or n8n.

What you get

The point is to stop being the monitoring system.

Know when signals stop

See when a workflow stops sending successful pings — instead of hearing about it from a customer.

Cut manual checking

Replace the daily tour of platform dashboards with one alert that appears only when something is wrong.

Watch every workflow

Keep yours and your clients' automations in one list, with the last successful signal against each.

Alerts where you work

Email at launch, with Slack alerts planned next for teams running client work.
