Beatline is a monitoring and documentation tool for automations you run on Zapier, Make or n8n. You add a webhook step to your workflow; when the pings stop, we send you an alert. You can also paste workflow text to receive a plain-English document.

Beatline is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by any automation platform. Not affiliated with Zapier, Make, or n8n.

You need a working email address to sign up. Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for the content you paste and for keeping a copy of anything you need — an account can be closed at any time.

Use Beatline for workflows you own or are authorised to monitor. Don't use the ping URLs to probe or overload other services, don't try to bypass rate limits, and don't upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share. Don't paste live credentials into the documenter — if you do, rotate them immediately.

Alerts depend on things outside our control: your workflow actually calling the ping URL, your email provider accepting the message, and our infrastructure staying up. Beatline is provided as is, without warranty, and it is not a substitute for your own backups or a formal uptime guarantee. We don't offer a service level agreement on this plan.

AI-generated documents are a best-effort reading of the text you paste. They can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before you rely on them or hand them to a client.

The free plan allows 2 monitors at no cost and no card. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or one time, through our checkout provider. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. If a charge looks wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for lost revenue, lost data, missed deadlines or harm to your clients' businesses.

Features, limits and prices can change; material changes are announced by email before they take effect. You can stop using Beatline at any time, and we can close an account that breaks these terms. Data handling is described on the privacy page.
