What we keep, and for how long.

• Account: your email address and a password (stored hashed, never in readable form).
• Monitors: the name, platform, expected interval, grace period, alert email and optional Slack webhook URL you enter.
• Pings: the time each ping arrived and the IP address it came from. The IP is used only to limit abuse of the ping URL.
• Documents: the workflow text you paste, the generated document, and the owner name you type in.
• Messages sent through the contact form: your name, email and message.

Monitor settings and pings are the product: they decide whether an alert fires and what your 30-day history shows. Workflow text is used only to produce the document you asked for. Contact messages are used only to reply to you.

We don't connect to your automation accounts, so we hold no credentials for them. We don't sell or rent data, we don't run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts, and we don't use your workflow text to train models of our own.

Workflow text is sent to an AI model provider strictly to generate your document, and email alerts are delivered through an email provider. Hosting and storage are handled by our infrastructure provider. These processors act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for anything else.

Ping history is deleted after 30 days. Deleting a monitor deletes its pings. Documents stay until you delete them. Closing your account removes your monitors, pings and documents.

Ping URLs contain a random token that is stored only as a cryptographic hash, so the token cannot be recovered from our database. You can rotate a token at any time, which invalidates the old URL. Ping endpoints are rate limited, all traffic runs over HTTPS, and secrets are held server-side — never in the page you load.

You can edit or delete your monitors and documents from the app at any time. To export or delete your account, and everything attached to it, email us from the address on your account and we'll do it within 30 days.
